Meet your guide in the morning for a private tour of Varaždin. This lovely town has always been considered one of the most beautiful places to live in Croatia. It is famous for its exceptional monumental and artistic heritage with the best-preserved and richest baroque urban complex. After wine tasting and lunch in a local winery, you will travel to Trakošćan to explore one of the most attractive castles in Croatia. Originally built in the 13th century, Trakošćan castle was one of the largest feudal estates in Croatia and for 400 years it was owned by the Drašković family. Today it is a protected cultural heritage site, surrounded by a fairy-tale-like forest and a lake. Inside the castle, there is a museum that houses valuable materials from the Renaissance to Historicism.

Your last destination for the day will be the Štampar winery, renowned for its award-winning wines and an iconic viewpoint, where you can experience an incredible view of the five states spread out in front of you.

After breakfast departure to Osijek, largest town of Croatia´s Slavonia region. Your first stop will be the Josic winery, located almost at the shore of the most famous European river - Danube. Here you will learn about specifics of regional wine varieties, visit the cellar, taste wines and then enjoy a traditional lunch of carp on spit and other dishes. After lunch, you will visit Batina village on the Hungarian/Croatian/Serbian border with beautiful view of Danube River. After a short ride and settling in your Osijek hotel guided tour of Osijek’s historic town will be organized. You will visit the famous Osijek cathedral and Tvrđa - fortification built in 18th century, once center of the town. Free evening.

After breakfast, a short ride to the nearby city of Vukovar. In recent history Vukovar has unfortunately been known for its suffering during the Croatian war of independence in the early 90s but now is becoming what is was before the war - center of economy for eastern Croatia as well as a great place to visit with its renovated castles like Eltz castle. In a privately guided tour, you will learn about the town’s history and visit its landmarks. After the tour, your next stop will be the nearby Ilok winery. This iconic winery located in the most eastern part of Croatia has been synonymous for Croatian wine production for ages. Famous in Europe as the first winery that implemented domain bottled wines, it has carried the tradition of wine production for centuries, with one of the oldest cellars in Europe. After visit to renovated summer house of Principovac which offers great vistas of nearby hills and vineyards, wine tasting will be organized in the old cellar.

Meet your local guide in the morning for a private tour of the city center. You’ll earn about the rich history of Zagreb – Croatia’s capital and its business, social and artistic center. Zagreb has a lot of attractions that occupy anyone’s interest - from traditional, sacred, and religious sites to unusual and unique parks, art galleries, and museums. You’ll visit Dolac market which is Zagreb’s main open-air farmers’ market and has 80+ years old tradition, as well as other main sites, like Zagreb Upper Town (the oldest part of Zagreb), Zagreb Cathedral, and the romantic Strossmayer promenade.

After the tour, travel to Pleševica - just a 30 minutes’ drive from Zagreb lies the smallest wine region in Croatia, but with a thousand-year tradition of production. Plešivica is known for some of the best sparkling wines in the country, which gave it the name of the "Croatian Champagne Region". Enjoy food and wine pairing in the famous Korak winery.

After breakfast and check-out, your journey will continue to Rovinj, Istria, with a stop in the oldest and most famous national park in Croatia – Plitvice Lakes National Park, located deep in the forest of the Lika region. It consists of 16 large and several smaller lakes, cascading one into another. This natural wonder has been a part of the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1979. It is equally beautiful in every season, with the lake surface reflecting the colors of the scenery. After the tour of the park and a traditional lunch, the ride continues to Rovinj.

Start the day with a tour of the historical town of Šibenik - the oldest originally Croatian city and the only city in Croatia with two UNESCO-protected cultural monuments. Šibenik was built on a site where war and defense reasons were more important than anything else. That's why it has one of the most fascinating fortification systems in Croatia. There are 4 main fortresses and today you will visit one of them, as well as the UNESCO protected cathedral in the center. Afterward, your driver will take you to Skradin to visit Krka National Park. It is the second most visited national park in Croatia that covers a total area of 109 km² of the loveliest sections of the Krka River, especially its travertine waterfalls. This is a vast and primarily unaltered area of exceptional natural beauty. After the exploration of the Krka NP, enjoy food and wine pairing in a famous local winery – Ante Sladić Vino. This day is reserved for a trip to the sunniest island in Croatia – Hvar. After breakfast in Šibenik, your driver will take you to Split to take a fast-ferry ride to Hvar town, where your guide will be waiting for you. Hvar island is home to one of the most famous Croatian wine sorts - Plavac Mali, “grandson” of the world-famous Zinfandel grape which originates from Croatia, and Hvar town is renowned for its unique fusion of Mediterranean climate, Roman and medieval architecture '’sizzled' with Venetian influence. In a private guided tour, you will visit all the main sites and climb the Hvar fortress, which offers a wonderful view of the nearby islets. After the tour, enjoy lunch in a famous local tavern where you’ll try peka dish (meat and vegetables prepared under the bell).
